Interval Training

I’ve been trying to increase my distance lately and another runner suggested I try interval training.

This week I’ve been doing:

5 minute Warm Up | { 1 minute Run | 1.5 minute Rest (x8) } | 5 minute Cool Down ~ for a total of 30mts

Try it and let me know how it goes!

Next week, I’m revving it up to

5 minute Warm Up | { 1.5 minute Run | 2 minute Rest (x6) } | 5 minute Cool Down ~ for a total of 31 mts

  1. Hi would you mind letting me know which hosting company you’re utilizing? I’ve loaded your blog in 3 completely different browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot quicker then most. Can you recommend a good hosting provider at a reasonable price? Many thanks, I appreciate it!

  2. Hello, There’s no doubt that your site may be having
browser compatibility issues. When I take a look at your website in Safari, it looks fine but when opening in IE, it has some overlapping
issues. I just wanted to give you a quick heads
up! Apart from that, fantastic blog!

  3. Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering if you knew of any widgets I could
add to my blog that automatically tweet my newest
twitter updates. I’ve been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this.
Please let me know if you run into anything. I truly enjoy reading your blog and I look
    forward to your new updates.

    1. Hi,
I’m not sure what you use for your blog but WordPress has a Twitter Timeline widget. You’ll create a widget on Twitter.com then simply enter the widget id number into the box in WordPress. It’s been working great for me so far!

Hope this helps :) I’m glad you enjoy my blog!

  7. I was wondering if you have ever considered changing the page layout of your site? It’s very well written; I love what you’ve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. You’ve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?
